We offer two standard frame types the Brookside which is a cape style and the Stonwall which is a two story colonial. You will save on design fees by selecting one of our standard frames however we will work with you to design a custom frame to suit your needs.

The Brookside is our most popular frame, it is a Cape style home with a wing on each side. Most of the frames we produce in our shop are our Brookside model frame using Norther White Pine timbers. It can be modified in a lot of ways without changing the frame design in any way because the wings the house are completely independent of each other. The main section can stand alone which gives you a 30 foot deep by 36 foot long standard Cape, or 1 or both wings can be included.
